Welcome to our single family home built in 2021 located in Lindsford of Fort Myers, Florida. Our seasonal rental home features a 2 car garage, an open floor plan and a beautiful lake view! Lindsford is centrally located between the Colonial Blvd a...nd MLK Jr Blvd exits off of I-75 and is only about a 20 min drive to the SW Florida International Airport, JetBlue Park and the Lee County Sports Complex (where the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins do their spring training). There are a ton of fun outdoor activities available at the community amenities center including a resort style pool, spa and lots of court sports! space **PETS NOT ALLOWED** This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property. It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 20 minute drive from the home! This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There will be an additional HOA application fee paid directly to the HOA. Please allow 30 days for processing.
