Its built into a modern luxury home. It features a queen bed, a built in ledge perfect for working or dining. Large TV and alarm clock/sound machine/Bluetooth speaker combo are provided. BREAKFAST NOOK The studio room shares a wall and bolt locked door to the main house. There is full privacy in the space. Note that while walls are built to be soundproof you may hear some noise from the main house. The studio is equipped with a sound machine. The home has front of house security cameras for safety. Owners live onsite and have a small dog. PET POLICY There is parking on the street in front of the home. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body soap). Note A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. SAFETY We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. It shares a wall with the home and there is a locked and permanently bolted door, creating full safety and privacy in the studio.
