There is no lobby or anyone to greet you. As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished. * 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom * 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom * 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom * 2 garbage bags per bin * 1 paper towel roll per kitchen * 2 dishwasher pods * 1 dish detergent * 1 sponge We do have basic kitchen essentials to facilitate making quick, easy meals while away from home like pots/pans, cups, silverware, plates, etc. *** We do not supply seasonings/condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc). *** Grill Rules: PROPANE GAS ONLY. There is a $100 flat fee for using the gas grill in the summer kitchen. Please be respectful of the area and clean up after yourselves. Our grill is a GAS GRILL ONLY. REFRAIN from using charcoal in the grill as this will damage the grill and break it. Any evidence of using charcoal will result in a $500 fee. Guests must supply their own propane gas. *** Please note that our pool team cleans the jacuzzi every Tuesday, and during this time, it cannot be used for a minimum of 3 hours.
