There is no lobby or anyone to greet you. As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished. * 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom * 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom * 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom * 2 garbage bags per bin * 1 paper towel roll per kitchen * 2 dishwasher pods * 1 dish detergent * 1 sponge We do have basic kitchen essentials to facilitate making quick, easy meals while away from home like pots/pans, cups, silverware, plates, etc. *** We do not supply seasonings/condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc). *** Grill Rules: PROPANE GAS ONLY. There is a $100 flat fee for using the gas grill in the summer kitchen. Please be respectful of the area and clean up after yourselves. Our grill is a GAS GRILL ONLY. REFRAIN from using charcoal in the grill as this will damage the grill and break it. Any evidence of using charcoal will result in a $500 fee. Guests must supply their own propane gas. *** Parking: Please ensure to park in the designated parking spot that corresponds to your unit (7632), that has the number of the unit painted on the ground. If there are more than one vehicle, the other vehicles must park on the non-assigned parking spots that have no painted number on the ground. The Association has noticed an increase in irregular parking complains and has therefore partnered with Magic Tows. The Association will make a reasonable effort to locate the owner of irregularly parked vehicles. If the owner cannot be found, The Association will have no option but to call the towing company.
