Welcome to our fully renovated third floor luxury condo located in the "J" building of Park Shore Resort. The home features in-unit laundry, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and a scenic screened lanai with outdoor furnishings. We are located in a... 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. space The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th 2025. Each unit will take 2 days to complete and will not be able to be booked during the replacement. There will be no disruption to the community amenities or services during this time other than some construction noise/dust.** Resort Features and Amenities Our condos are designed with comfort and style in mind, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation.
