Here's what you need to know before check-in: 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 🚭 No Smoking & No Pets – To maintain a fresh, allergy-friendly environment, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A $400 fee will apply for violations. 🏡 Housekeeping Services – Our properties are professionally cleaned before arrival, but daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee. 🍽 Food & Storage Policy – Florida law prohibits storing open food in the unit. For hygiene reasons, condiments, spices, and coffee are not provided before check-in. 📦 Starter Supplies – Your villa includes a starter pack of essentials (trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries).
