Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyd...ay hustle and bustle. *Your accommodations include a King Bed, 2 Twin beds and a pull out sofa along with 2 full sized bathrooms *The second floor lanai enjoys mature tree and lake views *There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai *Parking is available on the ground floor * There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced. * Please note The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th 2025. Each unit will take 2 days to complete and will not be able to be booked during the replacement. There will be no disruption to the community amenities or services during this time other than some construction noise/dust.** Resort Features and Amenities Our condos are designed with comfort and style in mind, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. Every unit is marketed individually and the photos that you see are the exact unit that you will be renting and the views from the units all vary. We also have beach volleyball, a basketball hoop and racketball. Fitness Center Stroll along our scenic walking paths that wind around the central lake and enjoy watching our native wildlife including turtles, fish and wading birds that call the lake home. Local Attractions This unit does not have a washer or dryer in the unit. There is a laundry facility available at Park Shore Resort that is cash/card operated for guest use. This unit is on the second floor and it does not have elevator access This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7 am until 11 PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager to ensure a memorable stay! Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit #107 - Pine Ridge Road. summary
