Upon entering the condo you come into the kitchen which has an open concept along with a large counter top that opens up the family room as well as to the dining space. Guests will notice the gorgeous view from the condo as soon as they enter - the... buildings in sunrise all surround a courtyard with a beautiful heated pool in the center. The kitchen has a water filter to enhance the taste of the water. The condo also has a large laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as a nice terrace off the front of the building that looks at the parking and the front of the building. It's a great place to meet your fellow neighbors in the Sunrise community. Additionally there are kid friendly amenities including a twin blow up mattress and a pack and play collapsible crib.
