Welcome to our completely remodeled and designer furnished second floor condo in Park Shore Resort! Accessed by a common elevator or stairs, our condo is entirely set up as a luxurious vacation rental. The kitchen features quartz counters, a package... of black appliances and a counter that seats 4. This unit has its own laundry that guests can use throughout their stay, a true luxury as many units do not have laundry in the complex! *The condo has a King bed with a bunk bed in the front bedroom (#2) and a Queen bedroom in the back bedroom (#1) . *There are 2 full size bathrooms - an en suite in bedroom # 1 and a full sized bathroom across the hall from bedroom #2 *There is casual indoor dining for 6 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo. *The lanai has a high top table that seats 4 and a outdoor bench and 2 chairs with a coffee table. *This is a second floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the second floor *Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor *The screened lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom and has beautiful views of the resort. *Our condo is a 2 minute walk to the lobby and pool and restaurant There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced. **Please Note Stylish Accommodations Dive into our heated swimming pool or relax poolside with lounge chairs and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts.
