Bring your boat and come relax at this tranquil lakeside retreat. This spacious ranch-style cottage features a large, west-facing, fenced-in lawn that’s perfect for games and over-the-water sunsets. Three bedrooms make the space comfortable enough... for the whole family, or even larger groups. Swim off the dock in a no-wake zone, or take the kayaks or paddleboard out for a paddle around the bay. Come see for yourself what it’s like to live the lake life! Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and the use of kayaks, paddleboards, or other floatation devices (i.e. "Activities") is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved when doing so. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from these Activities, and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that these Activities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as to persons who have health risks, are pregnant, or are intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you and/or your party may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from Activities. This house is located at the end of a residential street, on a peninsula. The neighborhood is a mixture of weekenders and full-time residents. 1) This is a cottage, not a five-star hotel. We use a professional cleaning service, and maintain the house in good condition, but parts of it may still feel rustic to some guests. 2) This is a part-time rental, not a full-time Airbnb. Please understand that there will be owner items in the closets, cupboards, and fridge. 3) Please see our house rules about parties and occupancy limits. 4) Propane is provided, but firewood is not. But you can buy it at most gas stations, grocery stores, and hardware stores in the area.
