Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management. *Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others. *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
