However, this is a shared space. ...you get a private bedroom and bathroom with locks on the doors, but common areas are shared with other guests. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Sit out and enjoy nature and mature trees on your private patio. Super clean. Suitable for business travelers and remote workers - Fast Wifi. A full kitchen or enjoy a long list of local places to eat out. There is laundry in your apartment for your convenience. This is your home away from home. Free parking is available. You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community. Use of Common Amenities: *Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management. *Maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others. *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. Other things to Note: - Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
