The best of the Circle City is at your fingertips; from the finest shopping and dining downtown to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, museums, and the Colts and Pacers, puts you in the middle of all that downtown Indianapolis has to offer. This is a self-check-in, you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, please be respectful of others while using shared amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. This artistic, bicycle-friendly, and walkable neighborhood provides a place for those seeking a hip, up-and-coming, artistic neighborhood. Market East offers fast access to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the Hall, and of course the Market. The neighborhood is booming with high-rise apartment buildings, offices, shops, and more being built. Market East is considered Indy's "new downtown," but this isn't your average urban core -- it's also great for families, with high-ranking public schools located nearby. Of course, the star of Market East is the historic Indianapolis City Market, home of the Original Farmers' Market, the Tomlinson Tap Room, and a variety of merchants offering everything from bakeries to antique stores. To get around, you can use various transportation options, including: Walking: Depending on your destination, many downtown attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance from this location. Public Transit: IndyGo is the public transit system in Indianapolis that offers bus routes throughout the city. You can use their website or mobile app to plan your trip, view schedules, and purchase fares. Ride-hailing Services: Uber and Lyft are popular ride-hailing services available in Indianapolis. You can use their apps to request a ride and get around the city. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Other things to Note: - Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. * Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.
